Payment Processing: All payments are processed by Creem (creem.io), our Merchant of Record (MoR). Creem handles all payment processing, billing, and related customer support for financial transactions.

You agree to pay all charges associated with your selected plan
Payment terms are based on your selected payment method and plan
Usage credits expire as specified in your plan terms

Subscription Management

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings at /settings/billing or by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation:

Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
No further charges will be made after cancellation
You will retain access to paid features until the subscription period ends

How to Cancel:

Log in to your account
Go to Settings → Billing
Click "Manage Subscription" or "Cancel Subscription"
Follow the prompts to complete cancellation

Refund Policy

Refund requests are handled by Creem as our Merchant of Record in accordance with their policies.

Refund Requests: To request a refund, contact us at support@ai-humanizer.online or respond to your payment receipt email
Response Time: We will respond to all refund requests within 3 business days
Eligibility: Refunds may be granted at our discretion for technical issues, service unavailability, or as required by applicable law
Processing: Approved refunds are processed by Creem and typically appear within 5-10 business days depending on your payment method

Note: Creem, as our Merchant of Record, is responsible for processing all refund transactions and chargebacks in accordance with their terms of service.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the service, us, or third parties.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the service and disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
